Crossroads Youth & Family Services Network exists to ensure that the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people, individuals and families in our community receive the care and support that they require.

Crossroads have partnered with The Salvation Army Westcare to deliver an innovative 12 month therapeutic interventions for family violence victims survivors demonstration project.

The REPAIR project will provide children and young people in our Out of Home Care and Family Violence services who have experienced the trauma of family violence with a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to their individual recovery needs.

We seek a qualified and experienced person to provide counselling within a systems framework to children, young people and families utilising strengths based, solution focussed, system and relationally centred therapy.
